These 3 photos show the 2nd flap.
It has the spar as supplied with the project, and has been "blueprinted" to achieve the correct fit of the bearing blocks mounted to the inside.
These bearing blocks were also with the project. The skin and bare ribs are new build from tooling and Curtiss drawings with reference to original structure.
The primed ribs are those removed from the original project supplied flap pieces. These have been removed, inspected, straightened as needed and re-dimpled to suit the MS rivets now used.
