Horizontal stabiliser Stringers and spars
Recent progress on stage 2 of the stabiliser has involved straightening original stringers and drilling them off to the skins.
3 of the 4 original stringers in stage 2 have passed inspection.
As per the photos you will see a rather interesting field repair done on one of the original stringers in its previous life, for this reason a new one has been manufactured to take its place, this is stringer 4.
In the overall photo you will notice the next set of spars drilled off and sitting in place ready for the next set of skins and ribs.
